Fry the Coop didn’t disappoint. Christy’s customer service was amazing. We drove 4 hours for this experience❤️🔥👌🏻

Always wanted to try this place, finally Ordered for delivery. Got the OF Nashville hot and asked for extra sauce and coslaw on the side. Sandwich was awesome but I was missing the extra sauce on it. But it was still really good. Also got a side of fries. They were really good as well. Will definitely be coming back.

I was excited to try this spot because they fry their food in beef tallow instead of seed oils and I really wanted to like it but it was so disappointing. The chicken was overseasoned but somehow had no flavor, and the fries were greasy and tasted old. Also my coleslaw was missing.

Was expecting more from this place. Great marketing on the owners side but fries were ridiculously under seasoned in addition to the tenders I ordered.

I ordered through Uber Eats on 3/5/25 and got my order completely wrong with missing items! I’m never the type of person to write a bad review for a business but this is completely unacceptable I paid $70 for food and didn’t even get what I ordered! I ordered messy fries and got a little sandwich box with pickles and only a little bit sauce and my jaw completely dropped and all of my sandwiches were made wrong with no sauce and no seasoning on them. I’m an everyday customer here and it’s sad I had to write this review. This is legit legal robbery’s what they are doing they mess up Uber eats orders because it will never come back to them and the customer will have to go through Uber eats to get a refund etc.so sad!!

Great food, however the owners decided to take away the two tender for $8 kids meal and now serve only a single tender per order for the kids meal while it’s $3 extra for a extra that two days ago was included in the $8 meal set. Don’t let greed ruin your business

Have really liked Fry the Coop for a while. This newer, location, was pretty good. The donut one was a bit too much; wasnt a huge fan but the chicken, and sandwiches themselves are very good. The kids working there are super nice too. Biggest drawback is the price; too high for the value.

I went here for the first time today. I thought the food was pricey. I had the chicken sandwich and it was just okay, not moist or juicy. I've had better. The seasoned fries tasted like they weren't seasoned, at least not like seasoned fries should taste like. Plus I don't like wilted fries. Not worth going back.

The sandwich was a 6/10 I've had fry the coop before and it was way better than this. The chicken in the sandwich was nothing to rave about. If you're expecting juicy yet crunchy chicken, this ain't the place to get it. Try another fry the coop. This one hasn't adopted the brand yet.

The staff had music that had major vulgar language making it uncomfortable to wait for my order inside and the staff weren't enthusiastic about serving.

Kid-friendliness: Don't bring your kids here. Too much vulgarity

Food was good nuff, service was, I'm sure, a reflection of what they're paid so I don't blame them for any perceived issues. Prices are a bit ridiculous but where aren't the prices ridiculous, anymore?

Nice place. However, I ordered a mild tender meal, and IMO, it wasn't that great. The chicken seasoning was disappointing. It tasted like it was burnt. The house fries were okay.. just wouldn't say that they were "great."

I originally wrote a positive review but things have started to go downhill. For starters they're no longer making fries fresh to order and I constantly get scooped fries that have been sitting there for awhile. They also significantly reduced the size of the fry bag. It's sad to see such an amazing experience slowly get worse over time.

My family and I absolutely love the food here. We go as far as purchasing my son’s favorite sandwich and messy fries and send it down to him at MSU when someone goes and visits.
