We truly appreciate the incredible flexibility! George kindly allowed us to merge two reservations into one—on Father's Day, no less! Unfortunately, due to our own mix-up, we couldn't make it. Rescheduling for Monday turned out to be a great decision. We noticed plenty of exciting new menu additions, but since it was Rib Mondays, we couldn't resist sticking to tradition. That said, the new side dishes were a fantastic surprise. I can't wait to try the lemon...
Always great service and food at the Gale Street Inn and last night was no different. The ribs are the best in the city and the jambalaya is excellent as well. Not the biggest menu but you can't go wrong with anything there.
I can't say enough about this place! It is my absolute favorite restaurant on the north west side of Chicago. They are the best ribs, hands-down I love the addition of the live ukulele player on the weekends as we are always looking for somewhere with music and it's difficult to find in the neighborhood.
