With the caveat that I haven't tried Milly's yet, this has been the best deep dish that I had, and it is not close. Also one of the best pizzas in Chicago, deep dish or otherwise. Works very well on delivery - I've never been in person.

We loved everything about the deep dish pizza at George's. The crust, the sauce, the sausage, all really tasty. The shopkeep was also very sweet and helped me out. I really appreciated that. Will be back!

Had high hopes but they fell way short. Ordered deep dish sausage onion and peppers. Sauce is sweet and soupy,sausage is hard, veggies chopped way too small. Cheese was disappointing almost bland. Tasted like a store bought pan pizza. Would not recommend. Picked up pizza at 3:50 had 3/4 of a slice ordered Giordano’s by 4:30 😡 wasted $50. I don’t get all these 5 ⭐️ reviews!! Live and learn

5 big booms from me. Drove an hour up north to try them out and had a great experience. The employee were very nice and made the visit worth it.
Pizza was phenomenal, loved having a deep dish pizza without feeling fat after having some of it. It’s kinda like a thin crust deep dish if that makes sense. The sourdough crust was nice and fluffy which tasted wonderful and adding the ricotta cheese was definitely worth it. Overall, love this place and I didn’t even visit when the owners were around. Would highly recommend

This place was amazing. I have never liked thin crust pizza but the thin crust from here is amazing. We constantly think about it and can’t wait to go back. We can’t wait to try the deep dish. Staff was very friendly as well.

I have lived in Chicago for 8 years now. I had heard about George's deep dish several times of the years and had been wanting to try it. Today was that day! It lived up to its reputation weather for five stars. If you've been wanting to try it you should go ahead the pizza was really quite amazing 😍🤩

My family had a great experience here! Expect to wait a 45 minutes or so for your pizza, but the wait is well worth it. The service was probably the best service I’ve gotten in a while. The woman greeting us was so sweet took great care of us while we were there.
