Gigio's brings me back to New York with its pizza and vibe. Prices are reasonable and quality is just what you'd expect from a low key pizza spot. Dining area is minimal. This is more of a to go spot, and service is friendlier than your typical NYer. They'll ask if you want your pizza cut in squares or slices. You better choose the latter. Pizza comes with lots of cheese, a sweet sauce, and crust is the right balance of sturdy and foldable. Getting a bigger pie will give you the crust you're looking for. Gigio's does have Chicago classics like Italian beef, pasta, and more. Service was prompt, pizzas were made quick, and the dining area is clean. I'll be back.

We love the pizza, the salads & the staff. Very friendly and the food is timely. Dining in with friends is cool but I feel uncomfortable with my kids due to some of the customer base.
Didn’t really enjoy the cheese on it, but overall the pizza was pretty good. The plain pizza was good. it was steaming hot as well and the portions were great.

We stopped here for a very late dinner after a concert and everything was great! The pizza was amazing, prices very reasonable and the service was fast. 10/10!

We called to order a pizza and wings at 4:15 pm. We were told that they were out of wings. I called 3 times at 5:30 when the pizza was late, and the person hung up on me. My boyfriend called back from a different number and they immediately picked up. We cancelled the order and placed an order somewhere else. Horrible service!!!!
