We tried Giordano’s during our visit to Chicago. It’s one of the city’s famous spots for deep-dish pizza, so expectations were high. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was nice, but the food itself was just okay — not bad, but not as memorable as we hoped. The pizza was heavy and lacked a bit of flavor.
Overall, it was fine for the experience, but I wouldn’t necessarily rush back.

While admitting some bias because they are soooo local, and 'cause Chicago is all about the neighborhoods, etcetera, but I'm just saying dot com, this place equates to:
delicious x consistant + friendly(nth) = no-brainer

Pizza was just ok nothing special. Mostly a huge cheese log with no flavor to the crust or sauce.

Waitress never offered a refill. Traveled 5 hours to visit this place. It was too hot inside. They werent very busy but seated us in a dark corner when there were better seats available.

Came in on August the 31st at around 9PM. Customer service was great but the food was mid. Ordered the honey chili garlic wings and they were bland and flavorless. Deep dish was not that good.

Horrible service, we waved and waved for someone to help us get napkins and nobody looked at us until one of the workers did and he still didn’t help us, he completely ignored us and our server didn’t stop by to ask if we needed anything.

Great experience overall. Due to extended cooking times for deep dish pizza, plan on 30-45 minutes for deep dish to cook before you’re served. Ben was our server and he was great
