Was sad to see the last location leave & I wish they would make the ramen able for takeout because I’d love to try it on the go! The bulgogi roll is AMAZING!! Was not expecting it to be so good because of the odd ingredients but I really enjoyed it!
Went back for more and it was even more fabulous. The sashimi on a bed of rice contained an extremely generous selection of many types of high-quality fish with delicate flavorings. The garlic edamame are incredible. And the ambiance is really unique: interesting art and design books on the window counter and cool art on the walls, including some collages by the proprietor (who studied art). A real local treasure!
