We were there just today, a couple hours ago. There were five of us and between us, we ordered two pizzas, a spaghetti and the side salad.
When it came time to pay the bill, we were told the totals without an itemized receipt. I even asked about one to see and was told that it would be shown when done paying, either as a text, email or physical receipt. I added the tip and only after paying and the receipt printed, did I see that a tip for a large group (five of us is a large group?) which came out to 18% which wasn't shown or told to us in any way, even when I asked about an itemized bill. How would I know exactly what is on there beforehand to know that a tip had already been added? The waiter made no attempt to tell me that a tip was added as he watched over me as I added a tip on the credit card reader.
When I saw the bill, I didn't have time to dispute it then and it wouldn't matter since the card was already charged. I'll dispute that later with my credit card company and make sure not to visit again if they will act in this deceptive behavior.
So be mindful of any group size that you're in if they do this and add an automatic tip without telling you. I guess you either need to know the exact amount your order will come to, including tax or ask them directly if a tip has been added. Of course that will make the already awkward interaction of leaving a tip while being watched by your waiter or waitress that much more fun.
Great Pizza, excellent delivery. One issue worth mentioning. I think the Irving Park Rd location needs to update their credit card vendor info. They always show up as Irving Park on my statement and more detailed info is Irving Park Cemetery. Amount posted is correct, just the business name is off. Could also be geolocation info or my bank. Kinda comical.

Giordano’s never disappoints. The deep-dish pizza was absolutely amazing—thick, cheesy, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Everything came out fresh and hot. Definitely a go-to spot when craving real Chicago-style pizza! Thank you for letting us watch the bears game and letting us stay passing close time ! Great service !

Food was so good! The pizza was loaded with cheese and flavor, and everything tasted fresh. Staff was super nice and helpful. It does take a little time for the pizza, but it’s totally worth it. Would 100% recommend.

I placed an order through Uber Eats for Giordano’s in Irving Park. The order was confirmed, and they gave me a pickup time. I waited in my car for over 20 minutes past the stated time, and then my order was suddenly canceled without explanation.
When I went inside to ask what happened, the staff acted like they didn’t know anything about it and just told me I could reorder, which would take another 25–30 minutes. This is extremely frustrating. If you can’t fulfill an order, be upfront—don’t make people wait and then cancel at the last minute.
Very disappointing experience.

Wanted to try the famous Chicago dip dish pizza. I didn’t know that it takes close to an hour to bake it. Decided to wait. The pizza can have more then one flavor so I ordered the “Chicago Classic” with pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions and on the other half I had the “super veggie”. Enjoyed the pizza although I don’t think I would do it again.

The food is good just like any giordanos. The servers are nice enough, but they are obessive about giving as few plates/redpepper etc. I always order to go and check red pepper flakes, Parmesaian and spoons/forks. It is never included. So I ask when I go there and if I order a large pizza they'll put in 2 plates until I ask for the amount I need. They also put it in two packets of pepper flakes for a large pizza which is supposed to feed 6 people. Ridiculous
