Wanted to try the famous Chicago dip dish pizza. I didn’t know that it takes close to an hour to bake it. Decided to wait. The pizza can have more then one flavor so I ordered the “Chicago Classic” with pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions and on the other half I had the “super veggie”. Enjoyed the pizza although I don’t think I would do it again.

The food is good just like any giordanos. The servers are nice enough, but they are obessive about giving as few plates/redpepper etc. I always order to go and check red pepper flakes, Parmesaian and spoons/forks. It is never included. So I ask when I go there and if I order a large pizza they'll put in 2 plates until I ask for the amount I need. They also put it in two packets of pepper flakes for a large pizza which is supposed to feed 6 people. Ridiculous

The pizza is delicious, the service when we dined in was nonexistent. We had to go looking for our server even though she literally had three tables. Best to order out.

I was here August 31 2025 around 630pm , i asked the waitress for an extra NAPKIN she said she can’t give extra napkin cause there expensive omg! She said the napkin she give me was like a big towel I don’t need anymore. She wasn’t friendly today . I won’t never go there again

This establishment is BYOB so this makes it fun to go to. The appetizers (salad/wings) were good. Waitress was so nice but the pizza was not good. very bland (we had 3 types). we took a lot home because no one ate it.

Giordano's on W Irving Park Rd in Illinois definitely lives up to the hype! The wait for their authentic Chicago deep dish pizza was absolutely worth it – each bite was a cheesy, saucy slice of heaven. Don't skip the cheese triangles either; they're a fantastic way to start your meal. If you're craving true Chicago-style pizza, this is the place to go!

We were taken to this restaurant by my wife 's grandmother while in town visiting her. We were very excited to experience Chicago style pizza. Food was great along with the service! Loved all of the different touches inside the restaurant to give it a real Chicago vibe. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good food and service.
