The new Tavern style pizza is dry with zero flavor, light cheese, toppings are even off flavor. They definitely need to discontinue that style. The regular thin crust is 100% better.

Don't eat here unless you're OK with eating out of the trash. I had a takeout order placed through Uber eats, realized I had accidentally purchased a tavern style pizza instead of regular thin crust. I saw the cashier throw out my pizza while she grabbed the manager to have them remake a new pie. Ultimately, the manager made a very simple situation, extremely complicated, and was being difficult I decided to stick with the Tavern style and she picked my pizza out of the trash, put it back in the box and gave it back to me. I won't be eating at this location again and neither should you.
In terms of your response, I had difficulty getting in touch with Uber Eats. Customer Service, it made no sense for me to risk losing what I paid for the initial pizza as Uber eats did not guarantee a refund just to turn around and pay you for another pie that was not burnt to a crisp. It would've been so much easier if you had just remade the pie and charged me the difference, which was only four dollars however you had to make things extremely difficult. I offered to pay the difference, the pizza was clearly burnt and you made a simple situation difficult.
It's embarrassing for you to defend your BURNT pizza and POOR customer service all because you don't want to use common sense and make things difficult. I left because of the POOR customer service AND because I thought I saw the cashier throw my pizza away. Why would I trust you to eat another Pie from you? Your customer service and management skills could use some work. Very pathetic and weak response
