I came in with a party of 22 people. KERRI was abdolutely THE BEST!! She was attentive, patient, fast and very friendly. She also had an AMAZING memory because she didn’t forget a thing !! I’ve been in retail customer service for 23 years. I’ve also been a customer service trainer. The service my group experienced today was EXCEPTIONAL beyond what could be taught. Felipe, the person that buses the tables is a very hard worker. Also, the host that stands at the front door with the cool glasses is very nice. I recommend this place to any Body 10 out of 10.
This iconic pizza is a must try whenever in Chicago. Sure, they ship anywhere in the US and it's a chain store, but eating the deep dish pizza at the store, especially the one at Navy Pier just adds to the Chicago experience. The 10 inch is more than enough for the two of us with a couple slices left to take home. The wait was long, because it's a Saturday and this location is a tourist attraction.
