Where do I start, first the pizza was burnt extremely burnt the thing looked like it was cooking in the oven for hours we couldn’t even bite it without hurting our teeth and the service was terrible when we went to see if we could possibly switch the pizza for another one they said no and they said that’s how it’s supposed to be mind you the side by side comparison is way different, and we couldn’t even afford to buy another one which is the worst part so my family couldn’t have pizza on pizza Friday.

Came in for a carry out & kindly asked to apply a coupon but apparently it’s online only. When I came out I read it applied to both dine in and Carry out. Shouldn’t matter if you called it in or checked out online a carry out is a carry out.

The food and drink was great. Doesn’t seem busy it was calm. The waitress was terrible she disappeared and came back later. Unlike other waitresses they bounce around several time for their customers I had to ask one of the girls to get my waitress to refill my soda. My liquor arrive after I finish eating my pizza that should be arriving from the beginning not at the end. I wanted tip her good to appreciate her for working on Valentine’s Day but she just ruin my night.

The Giordano's South Pulaski restaurant always provides great customer service and good food every time that I visit!
I had some boneless chicken wings as an appetizer. As well as the restaurant's famous deep dish pizza (with green peppers and Italian beef as toppings) as the main dish. Both meals tasted (and looked) great.
The decorations and vibes of the place provides an elevated and historic Chicago feel. I love learning about the city's history through the restaurant's antique posters, advertisements, and photos.
Overall, Giordano's provides a great dining experience. Making it a great place to enjoy a special occasion or just to have a causal night out with some delicious pizza 🍕 :)

We came in for lunch, and were the only people here. Our server took our order and then we never saw her again. The food came out and was stone cold, we waited several minutes before my husband went to find someone. They finally came over and took the pizza to warm up. Still didn't see our server.

The pizza was runny! It was HORRIBLE. This used to be my favorite pizza place. I come from Cincinnati ohio often to eat THIS pizza. It has fallen off drastically. The pizza is terrible now. What happened!

The worst service and treatment I could have ever received. The pizza wasn’t even properly prepared nor did it look like the picture they display at the restaurant. The manager Steve was very impatient and treated me differently because I’m a woman of color. He was quick to get an attitude and become verbally aggressive. I don’t recommend anyone going to the location if you are a person of color. I need giordanos corporate management to reach out to me about this issue.
