Had reservations for two for brunch. We were told we were gonna be SEATED at the bar. The bar had no empty seats. Once a chair became available, my friend sat down and 5 minutes later, the security guard came and TOOK the chair from her. We had to eat standing up. Never again.

I booked a table at 4:30 for a celebration event. When getting there on time we were told to walk around the corner to an ATM to pay the cash only cover. When coming back we were told we were late and we lost our table? This was upsetting ofc and I explained the situation. I was then told they don’t take reservations so I showed my reservation confirmation text. I was then told they were closing in 20 minutes but I showed how there website had reservations till after 7pm. After this it was admitted to me that the place had over booked (which the place was packed) and they were never going to seat us in the first place. They never had room for us and they were banking on people not showing up. Not only were there tactics to shift blame on to us but after being lie to about there reservations and time they were closing I’ll never be going back here.

Don’t bother going here we spent almost $1000 on a section for a BDAY celebration just for them to give our table away during the night ! Then they wouldn’t let my friend back in who left her phone in there. (But we ended up getting back by the help of CUSTOMERS not staff!

Extremely tiny place. You either pay 300 for a bottle and get a reservation or awkward placed around the bar. Music is from the 2010... nothing relevant. 10/10 do NOT recommend. The bar tender did provide a water bottle to go which is why 2 stars not 1.

Never ever celebrate your birthday here! I made reservations for my birthday here and still had to wait 20mins it was super packed people could barely get around. Once I finally got seated after 20mins they sat me in a small group for about 4 people when I had 6 guests, they sat me next to another party i was very close to them and they kept bumping into me THEN we waited another 20mins to ask for a waiter to assist us after that the hostess asked me and my group if we could move to an even smaller table bc the seats she gave us was for a group of 30!!! I could not make this up I got up and left so fast. They have no coordination.
Mama bear took care of us like our mom! She’s the best thing GCS has. Keep her!! We’ll be coming back just for her. She looked for my phone and didn’t give up until she found it. She made us feel safe and taken care of!!! ?

Been here before for New Years Eve and it was a fun time. Now the thing the second time around on a Sunday they did us bogus. We reserve a table and pay everything online, so you would think you get a table guaranteed, right? No, we paid $44 online and it says on their menu for bottomless mimosas for $35. One we weren’t given a table immediately. Why am I paying more than the menu price if I’m not guaranteed a table. Two, we came in and it was already packed. They kept on letting more people in when they knew they couldn’t handle it. The bartenders are great. There needs to be more bartenders and less security to make their money faster and better. At the end they kicked us out because we were “too aggressive” but it was more along the lines of letting more people in. Keep the customers you have in the establishment happy and make the late ones wait. The second star if for the bartenders.
