Can’t understand why this place doesn’t have higher reviews. The workers seem to love their job serving up dank breakfast bagels to hungry travelers. A nice welcome back to the United States. Only regret is not asking for hot sauce

Simply the worst bagel I’ve had in a long time .. it was soggy

It's expensive here, but the jalapeno cheese bagel with cream cheese is delicious. It's not a very healthy option, but is a good treat if you're in need of a relatively quick option at the airport.

If you want the experience of eating airplane food on the ground, Great American Bagel Bakery is your spot. Compressed eggs, flavorless doughy bagels and sausage that tastes like it hasn’t seen the outside of a can since the 70’s.

I purchased a chicken salad, but unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. The chicken was tough, old and inedible, so I decided to just eat the lettuce—only to find it tasted stale and unpleasant. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. It was a complete waste of money.

Better service than any of their neighboring vendors. Prices were a bit high and I felt like they skimped out on the cream cheese but other toppings were plenty and food was alright.
Pricing was very high though, which didn't really make sense for a bagel place that isn't specifically gourmet or presenting any culinary awards, but it is in an airport so I would suggest trying a different location for a more reasonable price.

The bacon sunrise, while the cheese and bacon were dry and overdone, was the the greasiest sandwich I’ve ever had. it soaked through two layers of parchment paper and the bag it was in within minutes of purchase.

This is cooked bacon added to a cooked bagel, where ie all the grease coming from?

Disgusting would never order again.

Bagels are dense, overpriced, flat, not fluffy or light. Asiago bagel with very little cheese with nothing and just plain cost $3.69. If you are starving at the airport and there is nothing else you can eat… try it. But always remember bagels made w soft water are much better like those in NY and NJ and PA. They will be fluffy, chewy, light, crispy on the outside.

RIPPOFF ! A bagel sandwich, a soda, tiny bag of potato chips and a lousy cookie was freakin $23.00 !!!! The Turkey sandwich was terrible quality Turkey cold cuts/Deli meat, the bagel was not good especially for having BAGEL in the name of your company! Plus they didn't have the type of bagel I wanted at 5PM on a Friday afternoon??? These mini bags of potato chips aren't even a child's portion and the cookie was disgusting. I am furious with myself for paying that much money for a lousy bagel sandwich and overall product.
Everyone behind the counter gave the impression they'd rather be somewhere else.
The Great American Bagel Company is an embarrassment to America and Bagels ripping people off like this. Nothing "GREAT" about it.

Came out fast! And I can tell why. Sandwich looked like it spent a month frozen cramed in a box. Fool me once. Won't be returning.

You better shout your order if you want it correct. They didn’t toast my bagel. It wasn’t even a particularly good or fresh bagel. They should give more cream cheese. They did however have extremely fresh bananas.

Over priced and under delivered. They STILL managed to give me the wrong bagel after correcting them. I paid $10+ for something I didn’t order
