Moved to West Loop from Portland a couple months ago have been so disappointed in the coffee here I’ve been forced to detox my caffeine addiction. Stumbled upon this place today knew the second I saw barista with a cute smile and pink hair I was in good hands, even more delighted to learn you guys make your syrup in house. Matcha was 10 out of 10 can’t wait to come back and try the coffee.

Very good espresso. Nicely served with sparkling water on a side. Espresso had a mild acidity to it but not too much. Clean bathroom and a pleasant clientele crowd

Great small cafe in the area! Visited around closing time so I didn’t get to see pastries they serve but seemed like some donuts and light sandwiches. Many coffee bean option and great espresso flavor.
☕️🥛✨Cappuccino was creamy and smooth. The flavor was balanced. First sip was strong but the depth came out after.

Groundswell is hands down my all-time favorite coffee shop. It’s the one and only place I keep going back to—I’ve visited almost every morning! The coffee is consistently great, the green tea matcha is spot on, and the green chili burritos are seriously delicious. Cozy vibes, friendly service, and always a good start to my day.
