Went to Talay for dinner and ordered the pad Thai with chicken and a Talay Crunch roll to share. Noodles were solid, right amount of sweet and tangy, not greasy, and the roll had a good crunch from the tempura bits without being overloaded. Place feels chill and a bit modern, not too noisy. Server was quick and checked in just enough. Easy spot when you want Thai and sushi in one go.
Came in after a late shift having a loose idea of what I wanted. Clay was of great help and was able to list a few options for me to be able to order a delicious meal. I also definitely recommend their Thai Iced Tea. He even kept it cool in the fridge until my order was ready. Very considerate!
Talay has the best Pad Thai in the whole city! I am such a Thai food snob, but this place really delivers in all ways. Highly recommend! The food is actually incredible, balanced flavors without being too sweet, and the ambience also feels authentic. I got lucky and accidentally found this place by walking past. There are TVs at the bar in case you want to watch sports (like the World Cup!)
