Jades was such an amazing server, so sweet and knowledgeable. I wasn’t worried at all when it came to my allergies as she never hesitated.
So much food and the salad was fresh and so yummy! Do wish the white rice had not been so dried out. But overall amazing experience, especially because of Jades!

I love this place but it’s going down hill with the service. Went here for happy hour after work today and not only waited a while to be seated but didn’t even get served because the food took so long to come out. I frequent the location in west loop and have never waited as long as I did today for raw food. Mind you I ordered like 6things individually so it wasn’t a buffet or complex order… I almost felt bad for leaving but I even asked my(nice) server to give us the check early so we could eat & leave quickly after but he never even came back to our table. I think he was training a new person but again, there was no one in the restaurant…. He noted that himself. I saved my appetite just for this and unfortunately had something to do right after so I couldnt just sit and wait.

Fun experience but the service was not on point. Meats were delivered with no explanation what they were, our rice never came, and I had to ask for a plate. Some of the meat in the Meat Lovers didn't seem get high quality and was grizzley.

This place can be pricey but the service and food is so good I'll be back. Our server Dani was so nice and patiently explained everything to us. There are a couple different options for dining (seasonal offerings, course menu, all you can eat, etc) and she explained everything to us. The servings of meat are small plates but will fill you up and are high quality.
We came with someone with a celiac allergy aka gluten free and Dani went out of her way to ensure they would have a safe dining experience. We were all blown away by how considerate she was! Typically places go "idk, if the menu says 'GF' then you're probably fine" but Dani knew specific dishes that might give issues, asked the chefs on any she wasn't sure on, and changed out our grill after any dish that had gluten.
10/10 will return!

The food was really good and amazing my only problem is the dessert with the mochi lychee, it had an aftertaste and a little bit sour but overall the food was really great.
Jay was a great server! Very attentive and friendly! The food was great too!

Only ever ordered takeout a handful of times but I have NEVER EVER been disappointed. The food is delicious and the variety of spices and sauce flavors always allows me to come up with new combinations. The plate also comes with miso soup and salad.
