Standalone shop within a food court true baja spirituality in this cooking. Simple grab and go, there used to be 3 locations downtown pre Cov. This is the last man standing and its posture is tall and proud.
Incredibly inconsistent. When it's good it's good and worth the slight price increase over Chipotle in my opinion. When it's bad, well, at best you get something barely edible (undercooked rice, gristly steak) and at worst you get food poisoning (bonus points for both). The only reason I keep coming back is because I work in the building next door and it's convenient, otherwise, it wouldn't be worth the gamble.
It is a decent place to get a taco or two, though I preferred when they had the location at food court at North Bridge mall. The service is alright, though production of the products tends to be lobsided, for example asked for sour cream on my three tacos, because they were using a spoon to apply it one taco got a huge amount the next got a little and the third barely got any. I only come to this location once in a long while, when I am really craving a halfway decent taco. But...
