Hit up Halal Pita Grill in Lincoln Park—grabbed the chicken biryani and a Malai Boti skewer, plus a mango lassi, totalling about $20. Biryani was legit flavorful and the lassi hit the sweet spot, but the skewer was a bit dry. Chill, casual spot—with friendly staff and fresh vibes, but seating’s tight. Solid grab‑and‑go halal option.

Hit up Halal Pita Grill over on Halsted the other night, and man, it hit the spot. Grabbed the Chicken Paratha Roll —juicy marinated chicken fresh off the tandoor, all wrapped up in a warm paratha with just the right kick.
