Halligan Bar is a fun neighborhood joint in Lincoln Park, serving aperol spritz and offering a wide range of music. The staff is friendly and awesome, always turning on games for guests. The crowd is pleasant, usually a mix of younger people. They have a nice selection of beers and ciders on draft, along with plenty of televisions to watch any game. The bartenders are quick, and there is another bar called Hook and Ladder next door, making it a unique experience with two bars in one location. The place doesn’t have food but allows outside food. With a gorgeous patio, big windows that open when it’s nice, and cool decor, it’s a great spot to grab a drink. Not too far from the Fullerton redline stop, this triangle corner bar has fair prices and an awesome atmosphere.
