I walked into Harold's and placed an order for 6 wings. I was told it would take 20 minutes, which seemed reasonable as there were no customers in the restaurant when I placed my order.
It took 50 minutes. I won't be back.

I ordered a gizzard dinner and ended up with a wing dinner. I got a hold of DoorDash. They would not refund me and then I got a hold of Harold and they would not even answer their phone so this will be the last time I ever order from Harold and I’ve always ordered downtown and this was the first time that I ever ordered from this one Harold, the king of wings And I just threw the wings in the trash because they were shit

This Harold’s food is decent, but the problem I have is that they are flexing a proud black owned badge in the window, but the workers are Caucasian frying the chicken, yes very strange. And she’s doing a great job, although she’s working alone as the cashier and also the cook. So please don’t be in a hurry coming here.

I usually get my harolds on the southside. It took 30 min to cook 2 simple dinners. Aaaand the place was empty. We asked for lemon pepper and we could not even eat the chicken cuz it was way to much. It was completely white from the seasoning. Do not get seasoning. They way to heavy handed

Really bad customer service. They fixed my order wrong and the young lady kept telling me it was right. I forgot I didn't like the customer service here from 1yr ago. But it's ok cause now I'll NEVER go back. I'm glad discernment had me check and taste my food.
