Owner accepts online orders, paid, showed up, and the owner closed before posted hours. Even though employees were working when the order was placed, no order, no refund. Contacted owner, who refused to take any responsibility, refused to refund, refused to give any food for compensation of the time or transportation wasted due to his actions, and he hung up the phone before the end of the conversation. I would not recommend this poorly run business that will take your money, not supply the purchased orders, and owner taking no responsibility for his actions. It’s very disappointing.

I gave these people 2 chances. First time fish was old and they fried it more than once, the ends just crumbled, uneatable. Second time they poured red water over everything (I asked for hot sauce on the side). Crust fell off, tasteless, bread stuck to the bottom. I will NEVER order here again.

Chiraq classic understandably it comes out hot n fresh every single time no fail. Ik theyre famous for mild but i liek the hot sauce more... Fries are pretty weak like legit no salt or seasoning i get that theres a ton of sauce but when u get a no sauce bite u will be dissapointed. Chicken is so good it makes up for any complaint. Love that they keep the flat and drum connected more places should do that
