My first time trying Harold’s after hearing so many good things, but this location here has THE WORST customer service & food. Firstly, the cashier Xayah is RUDE, COLD & disrespectful. No business etiquette at all. She made no eye contact, was rushing us to order, & talked to an employee like he was beneath her. An elder at that.
