If it was ok to eat bratwurst every day then I would stop by for a bite here. I did suggest to Marlon that he should think about adding beer, garlic or buffalo flavored sausages to the menu.
I had a great experience. The Chicago dog was amazing. He had a great flavor and fresh taste. The jerk sausage was also really good. The fries are also excellently seasoned and toasted. The vegan burger was also tasty. I don't live in Chicago, but I would definitely come again. The customer service was great and they were very nice. The wait was long, but it was worth the wait. The maple bacon donuts are perfection, and the cinnamon sugar is also amazing. Even as a standalone...
Incredible experience with Haute Brats and Chef D. I called for a catering order for a corporate event and Chef D was amazing to work with and delivered it himself. He kindly set up the spread himself in our office and walked me through everything. 10/10 brats and customer service!
