That said, the lunch rush (especially 11:30–1) has become really tough. Today my 11:18 AM pickup order wasn’t ready until 1:15 PM because the ticket got lost in the shuffle — it only got made thanks to the cashier repeatedly flagging it to her manager. Several other customers were in the same situation with missing or delayed online orders, while the line stretched 25 people deep.

I’m sharing this in hopes corporate can help limit or better manage online order volume during peak hours, or add more staff support. The in-store crew is doing their best — they just need backup.“

“Good salads and smoothies, and now they have avocado toast. Tons of variety, order one of their salad concoctions or create your own. It is in my office building so it's convenient, the employees have been friendly (I usually go at less busy times). And they have an app you can use to pay and then get a credit when you spend a certain amount. This is a nice option to have for lunch or dinner.“

And a great deal for airport food at $12. The woman that took my order was super nice, and the food came fast. Will definitely be my go to in T5 from now on.“

“I loved the taste! I ordered nutella bowl. All the fruits were in good quality, and acai bowl was absolutely delicious. However, I ordered half coconut base but it came with full acai base. Also, I didn’t see any coconut flakes. I requested uber about that and it only gave me $2 credit for $20 order. This was quite disappointing. Please check the order details well next time. But overall, I loved the taste.“

“I have to share how great our experience was at this Sweetgreen. My wife and I come here almost every time we want lunch out, and today was one of those days where everything just went right. Lulu, who helped us with our “create your own bowl,” was amazing—warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive.

We always know we can count on Sweetgreen for a consistently good meal, but having someone like Lulu take care of us just makes it feel even better. I am glad to live close by and have a place we love coming back to. Thanks again to Lulu and the team for making lunch with my spouse something we always look forward to.“
