This is not what I expected , the chicken sandwich was disgusting . It was grilled not fried ..but it says that it’s the best fried chicken in Illinois…I don’t think so ?. The orange chicken is also disgusting! Panda is most definitely better ! Never coming back again

I ordered the roasted oolong boba milk tea to-go, so this review focuses on that. The ordering process via the machine was a bit confusing, especially since the option to add boba appeared for a drink that already comes with it by default. While I appreciated being able to adjust the sweetness and ice levels, the boba themselves were overcooked and lacked the chewiness I prefer. I also found the roasted oolong flavor too weak for my taste. Overall, I was a little disappointed, especially since I had a much better experience at the Chinatown location.

Delicious Taiwanese Street food & Boba tea! The coffee Boba milk tea is my go to drink!
Tried the pork dumplings, got them spicy, they were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. The Korean spicy sauce ?? Very much enjoyed the grilled Taiwanese sausages! ?

This review is entirely about the ordering experience, because I didn't actually finish ordering, so have not tasted the food. There wasn't anywhere labeled to order from a person, and the touch screen kiosks are awful to use to browse through the menu and see what my actual choices are. It's very easy to bring up a sub menu of items instead of scrolling, and I can't see what any of the items are without checking each submenu.

Also at the end of the order it refused to finish without my phone number; I already get enough junk texts and I don't trust some random restaurant to not add to the pile.

This place is great, especially when their bento box is on special for $10. The staff is super nice and I’ve liked everything I’ve gotten, but definitely recommend the braised pork!

Great value food! I recommend the braised pork bento it has tofu and egg and veggies together. The milk tea is just so so. Popcorn chicken is big portion for this price, but I prefer Taipei cafe better.

A cute little place with food and drinks. The Taro Milk Tea was delicious. As I was waiting for it, there was a man eating what looked like one of the bento boxes. It looked amazing! Can’t wait to come back and try more.

Love their chicken steak and bubble teas. I even like their tofu which normally is questionable for me. Their house seasoning is really good. A breath of fresh air for typical fried chicken found around here.Didn't have my physical card and they allowed me to order online while in store. So convenient. You can order directly from their website without any extra online/app ordering fees.Try the chicken steak, not to be confused with their fried chicken which IS different than the chicken steak. Get the chicken steak bento box. The kimchi is really good too, sweet not sour and spicy ?

Vegetarian options: Tofu. Theirs is seasoned very well. I don't always like tofu and I'll order instead of meat sometimes just because it's yummy. If on the fence about the tofu, give it a shot. It's worth it.

Dietary restrictions: Very limited Vegan options. The veggies and cheese are fried in the same grease if you're super sensitive.
