Grabbed an order to go since a warm March day. The order was easy to place but it took a while as they had several orders before ours that mistakes were made on. We tried the orange chicken and beef dumplings. The orange chicken was delicious and would have that again. The dumplings were good as well. Interested to try other items on their menu

I stop by here on Friday's as a self-care ritual after a long day of work. & I would like to say I never leave disappointed. The food and boba is great, but the staff is exceptional. Five stars all the way.

I think the white female server here made fun of me not knowing that there was Boba in the drink (even though at a lot of places its not all included). She whispered this sentiment to her fellow employee who seemed a tad embarrassed and couldn't look me in the eye afterI dug the food, kinda small was a good bite after getting a lengthy tattoo.

When you go here, order for dine-in! I ordered their pork noodle soup once to go, and it was good. However, I came the following week and ordered the same thing dine-in and it was DELICIOUS! Lordy! Their boba is awesome too! So glad they are close to my stomping ground. I would add a photo, but I already ate it ?

This place had one of the best bobas you can get. Most places feel to sugary, not enough sugar and the drink texture would be very synthetic. This place is like the Starbucks of boba tea and they have food. I got there special and I didn't realize it comes with a drink, so I got 2 drinks, but that's a win for me. All of it tasted so good.

Okay when things are slow but unfortunately understaffed and cannot keep up with any form of a rush. Stopped in to get a drink to enjoy the nice weather tonight and ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a singular drink, and ended up being served a $7 cup of milk, very little tea or flavoring

We were ecstatic when we found out that a Hello Jasmine was opening in our neighborhood because they really are the most authentic and the best milk tea in Chicago. You can't go wrong with Taiwanese street food + boba combo- brings us back to the night markets of Taipei! My only gripe would be that they removed chicken steak (an absolute classic) from their menu at this location! Hope to see more flavors of milk tea become available like Black sesame and the Chocolate Boba Shake (you can get these at the Chinatown location).

This is my happy place when I want to read a book, work remotely, or just relax. Boba is always fresh, delicious, and as an Asian customer I fully approve of the taste. Staff is always so nice! PLUS MOST IMPORTANTLY their restrooms offer toilet seat covers—a luxury in Chicago. You can gulp down large amount of liquids with dignity, knowing you’ll be clean when you need to release them out of your body. These little things say a lot! Their orchids look healthy and happy, so you know they put a lot of care into the store. I love sitting here on a sunny afternoon and daydream behind those oversized windows. The food menu is recently expanded and I’m curious to try next.

We have been coming here once a week since we discovered Hello Jasmine near us.This is a Taiwanese restaurant; the food tends to use less soy sauce and the side dishes are greasy. The popcorn chicken is the best in Chicago; chicken steak has a sweet sauce on top in case you don’t like sweet sauce, you might want to skip this. However, the menu is different compared to the one in Chinatown; it has corn egg instead of braised egg?!? Why?We love the bento box $10 M-Th and the drinks are on average $1 cheaper than Chinatown’s.Corn egg is just too weird for our taste, I hope there’s an option to change to braised egg in the future.

Amazing lunch bento - fantastic value for the price. Chicken was crunchy, pickles weren't too funky, and the additional sides were a treat!Vegetarian options: Very good fried tofu and vegetablesDietary restrictions: Open to allergy customization, talk to staff
