My wife and her friend had a great time and the wait was minimal so great visit!!
This was an amazing experience!!!! We did the Bow Room, which is a tea room that you can reserve for 1 1/2 hours. It’s expensive, but so so worth it! The food and atmosphere were so cool and we had the best waitress, Layla! She was so sweet and informative, going above and beyond for us. Thank you for making our day Layla!!!!

The Hello Kitty Cafe is a very touristy café decorated entirely in pink and styled around Hello Kitty. It is visually attractive and fun for Hello Kitty fans. The café is described as cute and exceptionally clean. Guests can reserve the Bow Room, a tea room, for 1 1/2 hours. The experience is expensive but worth it, with a cool atmosphere and great treats that are not too sweet and not too plain. The food is mostly delicious, though some items rely on bright colors and cute shapes rather than flavor, with lots of sugar and food coloring. The souvenirs are also quite expensive. Service is outstanding, with waitresses who are sweet, informative, attentive, friendly, considerate, and go above and beyond. Evening visits are recommended to avoid waiting lines during the day.
