What a wonderful first day! Jocelyn is a great dance instructor-- her routines are easy to follow, and her music is upbeat. In addition to the FitClass, I loved the tea and protein shake! I felt full for the entire afternoon. Who knew a Cookies and Cream beverage could be so nutritious!? I would recommend stoping by noXcuses ASAP--with such great products/services at such affordable prices, I am sure this place will fill up soon. ¡Qué divertido clase! Me han gustado mucho...
