Heritage Bikes & Coffee Reviews
👺👺👺👺👺Incompetent bicycle mechanics with inflated prices for parts and labor. Sales people with poor attitudes.
After ordering a Brooks saddle tool in May, and reaching out to them in July after not receiving it, I received an email of refunding my cash, and a shipment email for the tool. If I get it, ok. If I don’t, ok. I understand times are crazy, yet communication is key. In an instant gratification society, we must be patient. Good luck with your business, be safe, and stay healthy ☮️
Sounds like a great place to get coffee, but I wouldn't recommend getting a bike from them. My husband ordered a bike for me at the beginning of December (pre-coronavirus). We still haven't received the bike and they refuse to issue us a refund. Note: they advertise it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get a bike. We're at the 5 month mark.

Heritage Bikes & Coffee is a great spot in Chicago with a dog-friendly patio and views of Lakeview. They serve delicious rose & pistachio croissants, lattes, matcha, and cortados. The London fog was made perfectly with the right amount of milk and sweetener. The cafe offers a variety of seating options, including outdoor seating and a table perfect for laptops. The atmosphere is wonderful, with a vintage double wide building housing both the cafe and bike shop. While the drink menu may not be unique, the loaded focaccia stands out as a very tasty option. The Vegan Crunchwrap, breakfast burrito, and breakfast quesadillas are top tier. The blueberry jasmine iced matcha and iced vanilla oat milk latte are superb. If it’s crowded, there is additional seating in the bike shop area. Whether you're in for a coffee, a bite to eat, or a bike repair, Heritage Bikes & Coffee is definitely worth a visit.
