We ordered the jhol chicken momo, lamb madras, pumpkin curry, and garlic naan. Complimentary papad came with great mint and tamarind chutneys. The jhol chicken momos were great. The filling was decent but the wrappers were impressive: thin, chewy yet not mushy, and clearly handmade from the slightly imperfect pleats. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the neighborhood! We ordered the thakali bhojan with lamb, johl momo, and garlic nan which was perfect for two. Everything is always balanced, well spiced, and never greasy. Thank you!
Honestly, DELICIOUS! We’ve been searching for a good paneer makani AND vegetarian Indian dishes since we moved from NYC. We just found our new, local favorite. The paneer makani and navaratna korma was so, so yum!
