I ordered the Tonkotsu with pork chashu from Hoi San Ramen, and it was amazing! The broth was rich and creamy, the pork chashu was tender and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. I had the Yuzu Ramen to go! The homemade gyoza is my favorite! Absolutely delicious! Great presentation! Not heavy with saturated fats and salt. The owners are absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful! I coming back for more! I found my to go place!
Really impressed with this ramen. One of the best broths I've had in the Northside ramens. Also the soy egg was great
