Well first of all we arrived around 155 pm and was trying to.order the Lunch Special and the Cashier ,who started off Real Rude ,stated we can only order 1 due to the time, but if she would have continue with our order we would have been able to order 2 wings bone in special ,but we got one special ,&:one chicken sandwich with cheese and it was TERRIBLE,I love Hooters ,I will never every go there again 23.67 down the DRAIN TERRIBLE FOOD &:TERRIBLE SERVICE Ms. Paula Sledge

They always forget the ranch unless you remind them, which will be received with visual annoyance. Mind you, this is after they ask you if you want ranch or blue cheese as you’re ordering 🤦🏻♀️. You take your sweet time to put the ketchup and hand wipes in the bag but not forks and ranch??
The kiosk never works. The quality of the boneless wings are a hit or miss. For example, my honey thai chili boneless wings are overcooked and feel dry.
I love Hoots usually but the past couple of times I’ve ordered, they drop the ball. Do better!

First they drag their feet during the last 15 20 minutes of the special! In line hear girl ask if ranch was in the bag because they forgot it the last time, get my ass back to the office an no ranch in the bag! Wipes ketchup but not what I specifically asked for! Called and no accountability or customer service! Never again! I tipped them and they just messed it up for everyone cause no more of that dumb boo boo!

DO NOT expect to get Hooters wings there. Entitled Hoots on the marquee but had the nerve to put those plain, greasy and dried out chicken wing dings in a Hooters bag O_o? BTW, don't bother to inform management there because they think what they are doing is perfectly fine. Guess return customers aren't that important even if they travel far. Fooled me once.ijs

Encountered the typical terrible customer service and bad food with a black run place. Everyone please contact corporate to make them aware of who’s doing a terrible job of representing their brand so this ceases. We’re not coming here to waste our money on this
The website was down and I called the restaurant number several times to no avail. When I went there the customer service was bland to say the least. Before I ordered I asked the guy taking my order why weren't they answering the phone and he said that it was busy and when it's busy he's not thinking about answering the phone. I found this answer to be unacceptable and will be contacting corporate as well.

The overall experience was not great, and I wouldn't go back. The biggest issue is that they specialize in wings and the wings aren't good. My fries were cold. After waiting on food I wiuld expect everything to be fresh.
