Their chicken tastes days old. Made me almost throw up at the taste. Can’t stand chicken at all anymore because it makes me think of their food. 100% not safe to eat

Cant really accurately rate the place. I put in an uber eats order at 6:00 didnt get the food till 8:10. I live 15-20min away. Should have picked up the food myself. So it sat in a car for an hour and a half.
A weekly staple at our house! Super friendly, fast service, great food. Customizable menu items and super helpful on the phone... And when you call in your order you get free egg rolls! It's worth it just to talk to the nice woman answering the phone 😊

Food was ready and hot within 10-12 mins. I Was skeptical because of the mixed reviews, but this place exceeded expectations. The Mongolian beef, beef lo mein, and chicken fried rice were all flavorful with generous portions. Even the egg rolls were surprisingly great. Also, the homemade mustard sauce was absolutely intense — prepare yourself.

Horrible customer service and good is very low quality. They don’t respect folks who patronize the business and are very rude

Absolutely loved this spot. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The menu offers a great variety, and everything we tried was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor.
What really stood out was how the staff guided us through the options, especially offering spice level choices, which made the experience feel personalized and comfortable. Every dish felt well-balanced and satisfying.
If you’re looking for a place with consistently good food and excellent service, this is definitely worth a visit.

Late for pickup order zero service
They are a little pricey /expensive. I spent almost $50 & they moved to a new location . This location isn’t as cute as the last one but it’ll do. The staff very nice and friendly . The smoothie was very watery with no consistency. I don’t eat Mongolian beef at every Chinese restaurant but the pictures looked so good so I had to try it, it didn’t look like the pictures & It was not good and I didn’t enjoy it. I got shrimp fried rice and it was very bland / no flavor and very light colored, it’s didn’t look brown or fried. I also ordered pot stickers and they were too big for my liking. I’ll visit again to give another item a try off the menu but I won’t be ordering nothing that I mentioned above.

The review calling this place the worst Chinese food in Chicago must not have ate at that many Chinese restaurants if he thinks this is the worst.
Everything is great. Was impressed with the white rice especially

Great little local gem. Food is good, it’s inexpensive but most importantly great staff. I have 6-7 local restaurants that I consider myself regular at. HoH is one of them.
