Hope 51 has been one of my favorite restaurants since they're open. Tonight had the kale and grain salad with salmon and it was just perfect. Had to get in one last meal before they shut down this Saturday (June 9, 2024. Eager to see what's a good folks that let us entertain. You will bring to this hallowed space
Nathan was our server and he was amazing. The best way to describe it is just that he has the most amazing energy that immediately and automatically made us love the restaurant prior to even trying food! From one server to another, thank you for your kindness!
I want to thank Hub51 for being patient with me and my sister as we were traveling from out of town running late for our reservation and they still welcomed us. And I especially want to give them a huge thank you for teaming up with Prince's The Immersive Experience and having a Prince brunch celebrating him, his music, and encouraging other to attend TIE.
