I purchased the advertised... buy one dozen get one half dozen free. Photos with review all look great but all was awful. I also purchased two Texas size donuts annnnnnnd 1 of the Alaskan donut which is as big as the box. I got home and prepared to share. I took a bite from one donut in the dozen and was not impressed. The store of sweet treats were not flavorful or fresh. I was disappointed truly could not believe it. Tried a bite from 2 others in that box then bit one from the half dozen. I was so upset I did not call the location because what could they say when there was a whole store of donuts, long Johns. Huge Cinnamon rolls, muffins, donut holes, apple fritters etc... I'm not wanting to say because I went 830p.m. and they close at 9p.m. they were all stale...Not good at all. Someone please prove me wrong and go at the same time of evening as I did because that was my last visit. This ruins all. I can't make myself visit elsewhere.

This place has very good breakfast and lunch food, Coffee is good too. Service is always good. Pancakes are delicious. I would recommend coming here for breakfast and lunch. Their sandwiches and fries are delicious!

Came in at 7:30 pm on a Friday night, the place was empty save for a few tables. We must have waited like 10 min standing there before we left. The entire time the only visible waitress ( an older lady) was just talking to a customer at a table ignoring us. The lady behind the counter actually started to take a phone order all the while refusing to even look our direction even though we were 3 feet from the front register. I've been here many times and loved coming here with my family but this was just absurd. I will never be back again. Ever. You need some attentive and welcoming staff.

On this occasion we had a bad experience, an older waitress with a bad attitude, unlike other ladies who served the other tables who really did a good job, the lady who served us really had bad service, you ordered something from her and it seemed It is really against her will that she is serving, the food was not good either, we have come on other occasions and it is all very pleasant but this waitress really spoiled the whole experience and the food did not help, check that detail or they will lose customers due to this

Best steak I’ve ever tasted. I totally recommend this place is great for the family. The waiters are amazing. Great service.
I love the staff I love the location It's clean, plenty spots to sit, great menu selections and it's not overwhelming. You get soups, salads, and appetizers which they're all good as well. Staff is very welcoming, friendly, as well as attentive so lovely and communicative.
We came for dinner at the Pulaski location and the older blonde female waitress we had was so rude. She immediately gave attitude when taking our order, serving us food and taking care of us. She should not be working there with such customer service. I plan on never going back. I gave a large tip to cheer her up even though she did not deserve it if we felt unwanted there. The food was just okay, especially compared to the Damen location. They gave frozen fruit and chili that tasted bland. Go to the Damen location only.
