My experience at Hügl frog was not pleasant. We were served the wrong cocktail drink. My asparagus was cold. I did not receive my steak sauce until it was over, because I mentioned to the waiter that he had not given me something I had asked for. Our table held seven people with one waiter, unacceptable for the prices that you charge in and out like cattle no personal attention to detail. I have regularly dined at the Rivers Casino location. Earlier this week I ordered the WR Chicago Cut and a potato.
That was the worst steak I have ever had in a restaurant bar none. Every bite was tough to cut and harder to chew.
They did take care of the bill as it was evident that I gave up before getting halfway through the steak.
For the price of this cut, this should never happen.
I would not recommend this place at all.
