The Absolute worst food I’ve ever had in my life! They used already cooked shrimp and then battered it and fried it again!! So hard you can’t even bite into it! They don’t have a way to provide customers with receipts and the prices and portion’s hanging are wrong. Bad tasting food and poor service! This is sad and a waste of money Not to mention the food isn’t seasoned! Find the owner fast they need to make some changes! And don’t waste your time going pure trash

Horrendous….. maybe its a slow day. I ordered through a food app and spent a lot of money to support black businesses. This has to be the worst presentation of soul food known to man. The sides are over charged for 8.00 you send a tiny scoop of despair. The dressing taste like STOVE TOP. All the sides seem like it was the last of everything ….flavorless and inedible. If you all were running low say that!! Do not send out the bare minimum for a quick buck. My experience was absolutely TERRIBLE and I’ll never order from you all again. Sub par at its finest!!! I should’ve cooked my own soul food because this was a complete JOKE.

Everything lacked seasoning. The chicken is very dry and bland. Mac only had parsley flakes on top and over cooked. Yams were over cooked dry and missing seasoning. Don’t waste your time or money PLEASE!

Soo nasty. Ordered 7 piece lemon pepper wings it only came with 6 and a half of wing, not to mention the lack of seasoning so it was just plain fried chicken. The macaroni was a glob of slop tasted like they half baked it and started serving it didn’t taste done, the mashed potatoes and gravy was bleh. Just disgusting and not worth $20.

My coworkers and I stopped in spur of the moment on the way back to the tattoo shop we work at. As we were walking in we were told that they were about to close. We immediately said sorry and tried to leave because we understand what it’s like to have people walk in as you try to close, but instead we were greeted with a kind smile and a positive attitude as they insisted on taking our orders. The customer service is phenomenal and the food is even better. I ordered a 7pc lemon pepper and they were huge and delicious. I will definitely be returning with my family and recommending them to anyone who will hear me.
I drove over an hour to try some of the food. When we arrived the doors were locked even though the website that was supposedly updated just 1 week ago said opens at 12. The phone on the Google site that I tried twice was a robotic recording stating that the person was unavailable. Very disappointed!

This was not the experience I was expecting at all! I ordered via Uber Eats and the service was prompt, though way over-priced. The lamb chops were so salty that they were inedible and our mouths were stinging from the salt for 30 minutes after! They did not send the yams that we ordered, the mac n cheese was a mysterious clump of tasteless yuk, the cornbread from a premix and the red beans and rice were OK. And, this is NOT African American soul food as advertised. This is Jamaican influenced food, which would have been find had it been edible. Yuk!
