We tried the biryani they said it was hyderabadi but it clearly says it’s a pan biryani not even close to hyderabadi dum biryani . Worst biryani ever

Legit some of the best biryani I’ve had on Devon. Got the chicken dum biryani, chili paneer, and garlic naan—everything hit just right. Big portions too, easily fed two of us for under $40. Spot’s clean, staff is friendly, and they don’t skimp on spice. If you’re into bold flavors and real Hyderabadi vibes, this place is a gem. Definitely gonna be back.

I had a great time eating here. Ordered Mughal Kadhai chicken and Mutton Biryani. Both were excellent. If you are ever in the Chicago area, I would strongly suggest visiting this restaurant for Hyderabadi food.

Being from Hyderabad. They have the best biryani in town. Hands down. And they are not shy on their portions as well. I order with them every 2nd week. Also thanks to ( Mahmoud ). Great customer service!! He deserves a raise. Very friendly and welcoming.

Extremely limited menu. Only one type of Chicken Biryani which made it hard to make a choice. Though I didn’t personally taste the Haleem, I heard it was pretty authentic. Chicken Biryani was authentic too but super mild in terms of spice. What I hated about the biryani though, was the fact that the masala was full of tiny chicken bone bits. Every bite of rice I took, there were tiny pieces of a bigger bone. Next, we ordered the Chicken 65 which tasted NOTHING like it. It was just loaded with loads of sauces. Also it just didn’t taste good at all. Even if it wasn’t “Chicken 65”. Super tangy and literally an insult to the OG Chicken 65. If at all, I’d call it Chilli Chicken though it tasted too bad even to be called that. Service was exceptional though. Really polite young man who answered all the questions we had. Would be great to see them work on bringing variety to their menu, making their starters more authentic and also naming them correctly. Would also suggest working on the chicken biryani to have lesser tiny bone parts and better chunks of chicken. Full value for the quantity of food and amount charged.

Vegetarian options: Limited options in general, so that in turn limits the vegetarian options but you can manage.
