You're paying for the experience of getting to watch them create the rolled ice cream, which is very interesting, but overall a bit overpriced.

It is closed for the winter... Hope Google get it updated to visit when it is open and change the starts.

They won't even let you taste the ice cream or gelato. Typical cheap owners.

Can someone please let me know what the pricing for this place is?

Very delicious rolled ice cream! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of their products. It does take time to make. We had to wait 5-10 minutes. They make/roll the ice cream right in front of you. They have only been open for a couple of weeks and it sounds like they got the kinks straightened out. It sounds like they implemented a number system since it got busy after we sat down. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. I'll definitely be returning!

Trying Icy-Licious for the first time and it was great. The made to order from scratch homemade icecream treat takes time but they were so busy also, and it is handmade icecream on the spot. The large portioned icecream and toppings made me feel pleased afterwards and it was worth it, I had so much to eat. The tasty treat was delicious and is top quality. I will be coming back to try the other flavors. 5 Stars.

The place looks nice but could use more seating inside. The food is so-so but the service SUCKS. We ordered an oreo blast and a strawberry fantansy. I got the oreo blast first and after about 10 mins we asked where the other order was since we noticed people are getting their orders first even when they arrived after us. After asking about it, they said that someone took it. Then they have to make another one. Waited another 5-6 minutes and asked again where it is they said that something was wrong with something and they have to remake it. After 10 minutes, probably around 30 in total just to wait for a tiny bowl of ice cream with pocky stuck into it that tastes like it has been opened for a couple of days already cause it doesn’t have that “crunchy” feel to it anymore. The only reason why I gave it two stars is cause the presentation looks better than it tastes. I have eaten at better rolled ice cream places than this one.Update: they could use a number system because the only way to know that your order is ready is the staff shouting your order. They don’t have a number or name system so any other person could take your order or you could take someone else’s disregarding the first come first serve concept.

This place is delicious. Rolled Ice cream is an experience, you’re gonna have to check it out! these guys do it right!

The service was good, the rolled ice cream is a fun novelty, and the decor is bright and lively. For those who haven't had rolled ice cream before, be prepared to wait ~5 minutes for each creation. On the plus side, you can watch them make it, which is cute. Warning, 'The Hulk' might have a cool name, but if you're not into matcha (which tastes like grass), I'd suggest a sweeter menu item. The Oreo cup is a safer bet (and delicious). The portions were large, prices reasonable, and flavor pleasant. Andy's in Evanston might have better tasting ice cream (well, custard) but the presentation isn't nearly as fun as Icy-licious. It's worth a try.

Very enjoyable! You get entertainment as well as delicious dessert! It's super fun watching them make and serve the icecream. Great flavors too, and you really get a lot. Definitely a different experience from a traditional american icecream shop, and we both loved it!

Contrary to the other reviews, and while my ice cream took time, I got good customer service. I don't think people realize the ice cream rolls take 5 minutes to make. What I got was tasty and looked great.

First of all, mango slush tasted like nothing and I’m not even a person that likes a lot of sugar.Second, the owner should speak to his/her employees about what’s a good customer service.

The boba is delicious, and the fruit milk tea is made of real fruit rather than powder! A great addition to the locality of Roger's Park.
