Service and food were excellent. Pancho at the Taylor St. location was great. He was very patient with me, as it was my first time in the restaurant and I was placing a large order. Outstanding.

This place is my go to lunch place. I love the food and especially the service. The cashier, Betty, is extremely patient and kind. Try their all-in plate.

I was never greeted or thanked while ordering or buying. The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there.

Halal spot. Cool spot for Mediterranean food especially considering it’s near the college campus. Good was yummy and fresh. Had some leftovers for later as well given the bigger portion.

I am new to vegan so I do ask a number of questions as I explore new foods. The young woman who served me was rude very short with me and I was the only customer in the store. I felt as if I was bothering her. I hate terrible customer service and this was an example of it. I haven’t even tried the food yet because the service made me lose my appetite. I will take the extra ride to CAVA. I paid for the food so I am going to eat it possibly but my visit was horrible

Man, IDOF is the real deal for Mediterranean grub in the Loop. Dropped about $12 on the All-In Platter—loaded with kefta, gyro, chicken, and falafel over rice, plus cucumber-tomato salad and red cabbage slaw. Portions were hefty, and everything tasted fresh. The falafel had that perfect crunch outside and was soft inside. Staff was chill and got my order out quick. Definitely hittin' this spot again when I'm cravin' some solid eats downtown.
