“We placed a large catering order directly through this IHOP in Logan Square and had an amazing experience! We worked with Pedro who went above and beyond to make sure our order and end to end experience was perfect. I cannot thank him enough and I would highly recommend dining here (IMO, it’s the cleanest and best operating IHOP in the city) and ordering catering through this location.“

“Great food and great atmosphere! The server Solo was respectful and accommodating. There was a mishap with my order, the manager (Luz I believe was her name) came and solved the issue professionally and calmly. I couldn’t ask for better service or food!! 10/10!“

“This restaurant gave me some of the best food service I have ever received. I ordered the T-bone steak and eggs once on a moderately busy morning and it came out in 18 minutes. Staff is friendly and will make sure you’re satisfied but they don’t overdo it. Nothing but the best from this IHOP“

“A few in people in particular Rhiannon and Aydin make me feel like I’m having a weekly family meal. I come one day every week and if she’s not here my meal isn’t the same, literally. It eats so good because of her genuine spirit. I’m a stickler for good old fashion customer service, and she is a shining example of the standard should be as well as what can’t be taught in orientation. She’s a GEM that likes taking care of her customers and they are both hard workers!! Not everyone greets you like he does and to be handed to her is my pleasure!! I try to express my appreciation every time, but she deserves more accolades from you guys than you know, so learn today!! BTW im here from Texas on contract, and she reps the state of IOWA we’ll be proud to have her 🫡💪🏾🥰✌🏾“
