First discovered IBW while waiting in the car wash lane, like I am now. That led to a visit and exploration into a world of loud guitars ? where mountain bicyclists and ex-skateboarders would feel welcome. Start with a beer flight, and you won't go wrong if their 'Trust' is one of the lager-type brews on the menu. Next time I'll time my car wash better -- on Saturdays they open at 2pm.
We came here for a sushi making class that accidentally was set up for a pasta making class. (That had nothing to do with the bar, plus we enjoyed it anyways) but we tried a few different kinds if their christmas flavors. Oh. My. Gosh! The war on xmas and I dont remember the exact name of the cult one but it was chocolatey and spicy. Not to mention the war on xmas tasted like butter beer from harry potter world!
