When I say 10/1000 highly Recommend . The FOOD and The SERVICE is good the owner check on me multiple times and made sure I was good and also. First time will definitely be back to try more food on the menu . The first thing I got was a plate with the beef and the chicken and it came with rice and a salad. A lot of bang for my buck! Well worth it . Thank ya!

What a wonderful experience we had at Imee’s! My bf suggested we find a middle eastern restaurant, and being of Lebanese descent and so missing my grandmother’s cooking, I immediately chose Imee’s.
We had the yogurt chicken and the 7 spice chicken and had lentil soup and laban for our sides. It was all SO good. The chicken was so tender and the spices were perfect. The rice was so tender. The sauces/condiments were perfect. And the soup and laban were amazing. All of the food tasted so authentic and was served quickly. Nicole, the owner, was delightful to talk with as well. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!

Ordered Kibee here via Relish. I received a nice note saying they ran out and substituted it with beef. It was delicious. Beef was so tender and flavorful, amply seasoned, not salty. The Tabouleh salad though is parsley heavy, a few slices of beet and tomato. No cucumber. Hope that you would start using sustainable packaging, compostable ones instead of plastic even if it’s reusable. I would have given 5 stars then.

Excellent food and service. The yogurt chicken was sooo yummy! Imee’s Kitchen will be at the top of my list the next time I visit Chicago. Meeting the owner’s mother, the woman behind the recipes, was over the top! Just a few steps to the Federal Reserve and Willis Tower.

We had a wonderful lunch. The 7 spice chicken was tender and delicious, and the tabouli was excellent! Very nice family runs the place, well worth supporting over the chain restaurants. @Chicago Federal Reserve peeps, this is a great place for lunch nearby!
I'm rather confused by all the 5 star glowing reviews. I met the owner one day and got the story for the restaurant, and promised to come back to give it a try. I was excited to hear that they used all fresh stuff like lemons instead of lemon juice, and using Grandma's recipes.
Upon my return, the owner greeted me somewhat coldly, joking around with her coworkers and laughing, taking no rush to come to take my order. Then upon reaching the counter, pulled out her phone and claimed she had to text someone back before giving me attention. Seriously? I almost walked out but was giving them the benefit of the doubt. A minute later they took my order, but were out of the steak, so suggested spiced chicken. I got the wrap.
Paid, and went to the area to look at the home photos while I waited, and not 20 seconds later the worker called for me and handed me my bag...
Puzzled and concerned further...how could homemade, love infused food be prepared in 20 seconds? I almost stopped there to inspect it before I left...but decided to just try it out at home.
Upon unwrapping, it all almost fell apart immediately. And there was nothing but dry bland chicken and lettuce. No onions, no tomatos. Nothing! Like no real conceivable amount of sauce. I took two angry bites and threw it away.
I wasn't going to leave a review, but after seeing the constant barrage of 5 star reviews..I felt like I had to do my part and give my honest thoughts. I was genuinely offended at the lack of care from both a service and a food standpoint. Never going back.
Extremely suspicious these other reviews are... I'm not going to bother going back to verify. Not worth it. Omw to Potbellys....
