I've come here for over 6 years. It's a neighborhood staple. The impeccable service, delicious food and relaxed atmosphere are enjoyable after a hard day's work or for a weekend lunch. They make decent cocktails and have a tendency to refill your water frequently.
I highly recommend this joint for any occasion especially if you are hungry and want a drink.
Ramen is stellar and the sashimi beats others in the neighborhood for price and deliciousness factor.

The BEST sushi rolls Ive had in Chicago. I honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. Cause it doesn’t look like an authentic Japanese sushi restaurant. It’s better than Sushi San to be honest. Thumbs up 🩵 thanks to Jenny who made good special cocktails for me.

Great place if you’re going with friends and don’t care about personal space. Definitely not the spot for a date — unless you enjoy sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with strangers who can hear every word of your conversation. For some reason, they insist on packing everyone into one side of the restaurant while the other half sits empty. Maybe it saves them four steps? Service is fine, but don’t expect smiles — they match the seating: a little too close for comfort.
