Since the birth of insomnia I've only eaten their oatmeal raisin cookies cause that my fave and their recipe is good. But now that I bake I can CERTAINLY make these at home for less than half of what they charge for 3 simple cookies. i just paid $10 for 3 cookies. I'm the clown for spending it. Just out of principle the convenience of not having to make them is not worth the price of $10 for 3 small oatmeal raisin cookies. Tuh!

I order delivery from this location and every once in a while they mess up the order. No big deal, as they always fix it when I call to let them know. Today I called to let them know they had left out one cookie from the order and the ice cream was wrong. I was told they would fix it, and I proceeded to eat what they gave me. They then called back about 10 minutes later to say that there was no evidence that they messed up the order and they didn’t believe that it was wrong, so I wouldn’t be getting the rest of my order delivered. I would have happily provided photo evidence if I had known I needed hard proof.

I just came here to pickup an order. I really like the way she is receiving the customers with a warm smile and i never had such a good service. I don't know her name but she is doing a very well. even in the midnight she is working so enthusiastic.

Cameron and Dominick great when taking my order. Every time I came to the store to purchase cookies the service from either individual was amazing. They both have an enthusiastic approach when it comes to customer service and as a customer I am proud to refer people to this location.

My friend and I are visiting Chicago and really wanted a dessert. We went to insomnia at 12:45 and they were closed but their website and Google said they were open until 1 am. When we walked by the doors were locked and lights were off but people were cleaning. If you say you are open until 1am, please stay open until 1am for customer service.

MY COMMENT IS BLOCKED WOW!I thought the boody crack comments were a joke or from a troll but THEY ARE TRUE.He bends down to get cookies and I see THE BIGGEST BOODY CRACK IVE EVER SEEN. Needless to say I said “I forgot my purse in the car “ and drove off. I felt so violated.

Last time I ordered from Insomnia Cookies it was a delivery order (I ordered 2 boxes of assorted cookies)-I only received 1 box and when I called them they acknowledged that they accidentally gave delivery person only 1 box but offered no resolution nor took any responsibility-so i was totally out like $20+ bucks-the person on phone could care less! So now I just don't trust to order from them again ! Too bad because the cookies are good.

Employees are either not very competent or needlessly difficult. I came in trying to use a coupon for a box of cookies free, with purchase, for teachers and students. Showed them multiple forms of proof that I’m a teacher at CPS and they said they wouldn’t give me the deal because I didn’t physically have the ID with me. It was very clear that I was showing legitimate proof. The girl was just being cranky about it for no reason. Maybe it’s dumb, I know. But I drove all the way there just to go home with nothing cause the employee felt like being rude about it. ?.
