Five stars for the staff on the day we went. Didn't get his name but he was really nice and very helpful. The cookie selection is large and has different sizes which was good. These are not the big, doughy ones which was a nice change. The cookies were cooked properly and tasted so yummy! If you order a brownie, it's cooked fresh. The cookies come in a cardboard box if you purchase multiples. They only take credit. No cash!
I’ve been to this location about 3 times in the past month and a half (at varying times of the day) so I feel like I have a decent idea of what to expect when I come into Insomnia. I have always had a wonderful experience.My cookies have always been warm and fresh and the customer service has always been SO nice.Tonight I went with a friend to have a quick dessert and the girl behind the counter, Keke, was so helpful and happy.
