$41 for 16 cold, hard, crunchy cookies. Tasted no different than a $6 box of cookies you can pick up any Trader Joe's or Jewel. Actually, TJ's has better cookies and dessert options. This was my second try, and the experience was the same. VERY VERY OVERPRICED AND NOT DELICIOUS.Warm, soft, gooey, fresh baked cookies IS NOT what they sell.Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: They have limited vegan and gluten free optionsParking: Parking is not available

Expected more from the quality since it is a cookie based establishment. Ice cream not great either. Cashier went into the back in the middle of our transaction and did not come back for a good 5 minutes. A lot of potential customers left while we waited to pay.

Look, if you want warm cookies or brownies at night, this is the place to go. We went around 11:30pm and the line was to the door, however we only had to wait 5 minutes to get to the front of the line. I would eat your dessert quickly because once the cookies were no longer warm, they were not as special.

Every worker here has a smile on their face, and they are a joy to deal with. Plus, they have delicious sweet treats. Would highly recommend.

The employee working was extremely rude. We were here for my husbands birthday and it was our first time coming. She rolled her eyes as we decided what we wanted to order and then had a attitude z customer service was terrible and as we were standing outside waiting for an Uber the sidewalk in front was full of rats. Extremely disappointed with the service.

We were in town for the weekend. One thing we were 6AM⁷ excited for was Insomnia Cookies. The first 2 nights, we weren't able to make it due to prior obligations. Our last night there, we checked out the menu online, and were so hyped at the menu. We pre planned what we were going to get, and headed on our way, as it was a decent walk. 30 minutes later, we for to the street, but didn't see the sign. I thought maybe my phone was wrong, so I put the address in again. We turned around, and it was up on the left. We didn't notice the sign because it was dark. There was a note on the door that said they'd closed early due to a family emergency. We stood there for a moment, sad to be missing out in our only chance to experience Insomnia Cookies, but also concerned for whatever caused them to close. I was pulling up my Maps to see what else might be open still, in the area when an employee came out the door. She looked surprised to see anyone there. She had earbuds in, and just tucked her head down while locking the door behind her. Then she ran off.

Ordered delivery at 10pm. 10 min after estimated delivery time I called to get an update. The employee kept me on the phone for a few minutes then hung up. Never got my order.
