The Insomnia Cookies, Wabash Ave, Chicago location is fantastic! Not only are the Staff SUPER friendly, they go above and beyond, out of their way to assist you! I had a delivery order issue on a gift and the Manager was quick to assist me in correcting the situation. THAT is fantastic customer service. THAT service keeps customers! And their cookies are always great! Warm and delicious! Definitely a location worthy of your order!
White chocolate chip macadamia and Salted caramel are the best ones. Served Properly warmed up and the taste is extraordinary.
