A good espresso ☕️ served with seltzer water.. I appreciate that! Service was nice.

Baristas here just don't know what a good simple espresso shot should look and taste like, so far I've never had a decent cup.

Love that they have a poursteady machine. Hate that the matcha latte they made me gave me the worst food poisoning of my life. Don’t recommend this Intelligentsia location. I actually found that their practices (open air bar with many ingredients and drinkware exposed in plain sight to possible contamination from cafe patrons, to the serving of beverages without a lid) to be conducive to food and beverage contamination.

Hope no one else that day suffered as I did.

Let’s make it simple, I had cappuccino because it was 7 PM. It was average, muffin was average, and the place was super warm. Chairs are not comfortable to sit and work or have a conversation. However it is better than Starbucks without a doubt

Very mediocre. I used to go out of my way to get Intelligentsia coffee and now tastes like everything else. Staff is nice but who isn’t. Vibe of this spot is pretty Starbucks now too - mediocre artwork, cold/stale overpriced pastries. Uncomfortable seats.

I ordered an almond croissant, they gave me just a plain butter one which costs $3 less than what I ordered. The ham and cheese croissant was cold, which whatever, but I didn't know that because their website has zero information about the food part ordering it. The only thing good was the coffee.

My wallet has stolen in this place. It would be better to come up with fundamental solution to enhance the security for the customers. It was a nice place to get a coffee also friendly staff. However the environment that easily expose to the thief was bad experience. I appreciate the staff who help me to report on police. PLEASE AWARE OF STRANGER COME TO NEAR UR TABLE.

They’re courteous, smart, and trendy, but unfortunately, I visited on December 31, and they clearly weren’t thrilled to be working that day. The place was packed, and we were a group of 7—so naturally, things went awry.

While I don’t blame the staff (it was chaotic), they served me three drinks with regular milk instead of the almond milk I ordered. About 10 minutes in, after sipping the drinks, I started feeling unwell—my blood pressure dropped, and I had to step outside to vomit.

It hit me later: the last time I felt like this was a decade ago when I accidentally consumed milk. As an Asian, lactose intolerance often develops in our 20s.

Long story short, I won’t be returning to Intelligentsia during busy times. A simple mistake like this can have serious consequences.

It is a very nice place visually, however I didn’t enjoy the drinks. I got a smoked salt and maple latte and it didn’t have any depth of flavor. It tasted like it was just simple syrup. Environment is very cute and advice was nice.

This Intelligentsia location was absolutely packed on our November Saturday visit. With that said, we got through the line fairly quickly and we were able to find some standing room to enjoy our coffee. Pro tip: get the cold coffee if you don't want to wait as long. The coffee I received was definitely above average and tasty.

Solid coffee but my order has been wrong twice here. Ordered a large latte (like I always do never small). They gave me a small twice and said I ordered a small. Well sir or madam you are incorrect.
