Italian Fiesta Pizzeria - 47th St

They don't know how to take an note. They took the order and went to the wrong time. Fiesta on 47th street, which I called the 1 on 80th and Austin. They didn't know what to do. They sent me out Anot

I wish I could post a picture but the middle of my pizza was missing the cheese. Diabolical 👎

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. The person on the phone they have seems very incompetent and shouldn’t even be answering the phone. I don’t know what’s wrong with people.

71st is better imo,but they get it right here 90% of the time.

I think the problem is you guys don’t keep the pizza in the oven long enough, the pizza be light asf. The slices are too light as well, if the customer service is bad that’s fine, but not the pizza too. 71st Italian fiesta would never.

ITALIAN FIESTA IS SELLING BURNT PIZZA SLICES!
Yesterday I ordered four veggie slices and my cousin ordered two and when we got home and started eating we noticed that all of the slices were BURNT! We were so hungry that we both ate a burnt slice and it was absolutely horrible!

I called the main number to report the burnt pizza and I was told that they couldn’t give me the number to the 47th location and that I had to go in so we did around 8pm then we were told there was no manager and they don’t deal with slices after 4pm.

I went in there today and the manager refused to come to the front and she told the cashier to tell me to go to the 71st location and thats when I pulled the pizza out to show the customers that they ate selling burnt pizza.

Someone else came up front and gave me four new slices so lets see what these taste like.

The manager NEEDS TO FIRE WHOEVER IS SUPPOSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE! One job and clearly that isn’t working.

Let me edit my review- the little girl that answered the phone is so disrespectful! Ridiculous!

Great phone service pleasant tone very attentive I believe it was charlotte. The Italian beef Pizza is great I love they have slices now too. I do wish they had a sit in area.

If you are from Chicago and the hood, you know about Italian Fiesta pizza. IYKYK. There are some things that could be better like the customer service and the wait once you order, but the pizza is great and has been a staple in the hood for over 40 years for me. They are always good to me and has been one of my favorite pizzerias ever. I have tasted a lot of pizza in Chicago and there are several pizzas that are really good in the city and all around. Some of the best pizza is not always the big box places but the smaller places that are hidden gems.

I recommend for the school special because it’s cost effective. The spaghetti did not taste like it usually does. I was disappointed in it. We had a very rude driver that shouldn’t be working disgruntled. I understand that people have bad days but his demeanor and disposition was HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t dare have someone like that working for me nor interacting with the public in such an unprofessional manner. When he arrived to our school and wanted the tax ID letter, it was apparent that he hasn’t been taught basic levels of professionalism which would have begun with a simple greeting. He made me speak to him like he was a student needing redirection. We have to do better. I am awaiting a phone call back from someone on their management team because that driver doesn’t deserve to be out on the streets. He was not a good representation of Italian Fiesta.
