This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Makayah had a nonchalant and severely unprofessional attitude - I wondered how she even got hired. I'm not sure if the night crew was overwhelmed, but that is no excuse for poor service. We waited an hour for a large pizza even though we called in the order. I will never patronize that location again (1306 E. 47th Street).

The Cashier very rude , I stumbled over my words a bit, and instead of being patient or professional, the cashier made a joke about it. I found that disrespectful and unnecessary. Everyone has moments where they misspeak, and customers shouldn't be made to feel embarrassed for it.
The food may be good, but customer service matters just as much. I hope the staff receives better training on treating customers with respect because experiences like this make it hard to want to come back.

Pissed off went on 47th for a small chicken green pepper and mushrooms last week fye🔥 so I had a taste for another one last night rode all the way from south suburbs of dolton back to 47th for that same pizza… and hunny disgusting terrible pizza had no flavor at all to it taste like a bunch of watery sauce Nothing but watery sauce no flavor what so ever I’m still pissed from last night waste of time and money

While visiting Chicago, this pizza shop was recommended by a friend. I decided to give it a try and order several pizzas for an upcoming family get together. I must say that it was busy with a steady stream of people ordering. The pizza took almost 45 minutes to 1 hour to be ready. Luckily there was a Ross and Binny's next door which allowed me the opportunity to shop while waiting. The pizza came hot and cooked to order. The toppings were very generous and the crust was good. Overall, I would order from here again when in Chicago. The prices are reasonable but can get high once you start adding additional toppings. I am pleased with the quality of pizza from this place.

Ordered a large, was told 40 min, an hour later still not ready. Politely asked for a refund, workers working the registered didn’t know how to run a register and zero customer service.

I'm not sure if it's the new location, because it's been some years since I've been to Italian Fiesta, and I decided that I was going to introduce my twins and my grandson to what I remembered as being better than Pizza King. I'll start from the bottom to the top. It was dirty looking on the inside, there was tomato sauce on top of the boxes and the pizza was cold.
Pizza in store pickup is the way to go! Delicious hot pizza worth the wait!

Pizza was good! Nice size and decent price. Worth getting as an “outsider” (I’m from VA). It’s not deep dish but I hear locals prefer thin crust and this did not disappoint
