Itoko offers a fun and energetic ambience with great service. The TCD Tuna Toro and Mechanic Kucha are must-try dishes, along with the shishito peppers. The quality of the sushi toppings is appropriate for the price, and the restaurant uses good-quality tuna. While the main sushi can take about 30 minutes to arrive, the appetizers are served quickly, providing a satisfying overall experience. The brunch menu is also incredible, with highlights like the traditional Japanese breakfast Teishoku, Steak & Eggs, and Honey Butter Toast. The service is consistently awesome, and the cocktails are also good. Despite occasional disappointments with service, the delicious food and lively atmosphere keep customers coming back to Itoko.
